We call them swallow. Though not everyone swallows them. Be it eba, semo, amala, tuwo, pounded yam, wheat, alebo, fufu among others. Having the right soup either simple or richly made helps the soup and swallow play better in unison.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupPumpkin leaves shredded
  2. 2 cupsWaterleaf finely chopped
  3. 1/2 cupPalm oil
  4. 2/3 cupOnions chopped
  5. handfulPepper chopped
  6. 1 tbspCrayfish grounded
  7. Beef cooked
  8. Cooked stockfish
  9. Cubeseasoning
  10. Salt
  11. Chives for garnish
  12. Semo cooked and molded

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat oil add onions, add water leaf and allow to cook as you stir. Add crayfish. Add cube seasoning. Check taste. Add salt, meat, stockfish and cook a little. Add pepper and pumpkin leaves. Allow to cook for 5mins. Serve with choice swallow.
