Boil water,making a paste of semo nd add to the boiling water, nd mix with a pestle,cover nd allow to cook for 10mins on low heat, when cooked add semo gradually while mixing to make a smooth dough,cover to simmer nd serve

Pour 2 tbs of palm oil nd fry onions nd scotch bonnet on low heat, add boiled meat,maggi,curry nd stir add powdered egusi nd stir to form bubbles then add ur washed bitter leaf nd cook for 20mins,.serve😋
