Ingredients

  1. 1/2chopped cabbage
  2. 1chopped onion
  3. 3diced tomatoes
  4. 1 tbstomato puree
  5. Cooking oil
  6. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Place onions in a sufuria and add cooking oil. Stir for a minute

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes and cover for 3 minutes until soft then crash as you stir.

  3. 3

    Add the cabbage and stir. Add salt and a little water and cover for 10minutes then turn off heat and serve.
