Chop-chop garlic, onion and chili.

Put flour in a bowl then a little bit water (100 ml aapproxmately) then add minced garlic, onion, chili. Add salt then stir

Heat the pan

Pour eggplants in flour (step 3) then fry for both side until golden brown
