Ingredients

  1. 1 lbChicken breasts, bite-sized pieces
  2. 1 canCream of chicken soup
  3. 1/2 cupHot sauce, like for buffalo wings
  4. 1 1/2 cupShredded mozzarella cheese
  5. 1/2 cupCrumbled blue cheese
  6. 3 cupUncooked penne pasta
  7. 1 1/2 cupSour cream

Cooking Instructions

15 mins
  1. 1

    Season chicken with salt and pepper and put in crockpot.

  2. 2

    Add soup and hot sauce. Stir.

  3. 3

    Cook on low 4-6 hours or high 2-3 hours.

  4. 4

    Stir in cheeses and sour cream. Turn off crockpot.

  5. 5

    Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Add to crockpot.

  6. 6

    Stir well and serve!

So easy and so yum! I don’t use the full amount of mozzarella. I more eyeball it to the consistency I prefer.
