Ingredients

  1. 2 lbof beef of choice
  2. 1 headof cabbage
  3. 1onion
  4. 1 bagof baby carrots
  5. 4red potato
  6. 1 dashblack pepper
  7. 1 tbspgarlic powder
  8. 1 tbspsoup base or two bouillon cubes
  9. 1bay leaf
  10. 1 boxor can beef broth
  11. 1 dashcelery seed

Cooking Instructions

    cut beef into bite size pieces

    brown beef in a large pot with pepper and garlic powder

  3. 3

    add onion and cook for 3 min

  4. 4

    or 6 cups of cold water if using bouillon cubes(4) if using broth add it

    put lid on pot and cook medium high add celery seed

  6. 6

    cut potato and cabbage set aside

  7. 7

    cook for an hour and a half then add vegetables you can also add a can or frozen mixed vegetables

    continue cooking for 30 to 40 minutes

    add salt if u like cook until veggies are to ur liking.
