Ingredients

  1. 1Fresh Spinach
  2. 2Tomatoes
  3. 1 mediumLeek
  4. 2 cloveGarlic
  5. 6Eggs
  6. 2 cupBroccoli
  7. 1Olive Oil
  8. 1Salt
  9. 1Pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the vegetables properly and chop them up (except for the spinach).

    Break the eggs. Use 5 egg whites and 1 whole egg and beat them.

    Sautee the vegetables using 2 tablespoons of olive oil. When the broccoli becomes soft, add in the mashed garlic.

    Add the vegetables into a pan, and pour in the egg.

    Garnish with salt and pepper and/or other spices for taste (even mixing in cheese is cool!).

    Set the oven to 175 degreese celcius and cook for about 15-20 minutes until the top becomes brown.

    Take it out and let it cool. Then rip it apart!
