Hey guess what?! I had some leftover chicken breasts and we needed a quick supper. We ate this hot in tortillas as wraps but will be fantastic tomorrow as a tasty chicken salad for lunch. It would be a really good quesadilla filling too.

Super easy and delicious! You’re supposed to use a cup of cheddar cheese but I mixed it with mozzarella and it was even better. Use a big pan because it is a lot of food!🍴

I thought I’d give it a try because everyone in my house loves ranch and bacon and I have a thing for cream cheese + ranch is my favorite . This turned out to be a big hit with the kids..
