Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupcooked and crumbled bacon
  2. 1/4 cupbutter
  3. 1/4 cupflour
  4. 2 cupmilk or heavy cream
  5. 1 tsponion powder
  6. 1 tspgarlic salt
  7. 1/3 cupranch dressing
  8. 3/4 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  9. 12 ozpenne pasta
  10. 2 cupcooked and chopped chicken

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    cook pasta according to package directions. drain. add a little oil to keep pasta from sticking

    toss chicken and bacon into pasta

  3. 3

    melt butter in saucepan, add flour and stir to combine. once you have your roux, add milk (or heavy cream) stir constantly until sauce thickens. remove from heat and stir in garlic salt, onion powder, and ranch dressing until well combined.

    pour ranch Alfredo sauce over pasta, chicken, and bacon. stir to evenly combine

    add in shredded cheddar cheese and stir to combine

  6. 6

    pour into a casserole dish and bake at 350° for 15 minutes
