Ingredients

  1. 1 packHawaiian rolls
  2. 1-2chicken breasts (I used 2 it made so much chicken)
  3. 10 stripsbacon (I used center cut)
  4. 1 tspcreole seasoning (optional)
  5. 1 tspchicken bouillon powder
  6. Salt & pepper to taste
  7. Salt free garlic & herb seasoning to taste
  8. 1 cupranch dressing plus more
  9. Hot sauce of your liking, I used garlic buffalo
  10. Sliced Cheese of your choice I used gouda and pepper jack
  11. Optional: topping
  12. 2 tbsmelted butter
  13. 1 tbsminced garlic
  14. 1 tspparsley

Cooking Instructions

    Boil a pot of water. Add creole seasoning, chicken bouillon, garlic & herb seasoning. Add cut up chicken breast, let cook 20 minutes. Take out & shred, I used a kitchen mixer. Cut bacon into strips and cut until it’s to your liking.

    Preheat oven to 325. Mix chicken, bacon, ranch, hot sauce and garlic & herb seasoning, along with salt & pepper.

    Cut your rolls in half so you have one set of bottoms and one set of tops. Take a spoon and spread some ranch over the bottom buns. Add cheese slices then chicken mixture. Top your buns, mix the butter, garlic and parsley, use a pastry brush to apply.

    Cover with aluminum foil, bake 20 minutes, then remove foil & cook for 7 minutes. Enjoy!
