Cooking Instructions

Bake off all the potatoes

cool bake potatoes

in food processor blend down carrots, onions and cerlery and add to soup pot on low heat

cook down Bacon to crispy

Peel potatoes and blend until smooth. then add to pot.

add chicken stock and stir.

once soup is hot add Cheddar cheese and stir in

add salt and pepper to taste.
