Ingredients

  1. 1 cupall-purpose Flour
  2. 1 tbspSugar
  3. 2 tspBaking powder
  4. 1 1/4 tbspButter
  5. 1/4 cupMilk
  6. 1/4 tspSalt
  7. Filling
  8. 1/4 cupBrown sugar
  9. 1/4 cupSugar
  10. 1 1/4 tspCinnamon
  11. 2 tbspButter
  12. Glaze
  13. 1/2 cupPowdered sugar
  14. 1/2 tbspMilk

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. 2

    In a medium bowl, mix together the, flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Cut in the butter and mix with a fork until the mixture is crumbly.

    Add in the milk to form a soft dough. Roll out onto a lightly floured surface. About a 1/4-inch thick rectangle.

    In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon, brown sugar, sugar and butter until crumbly and we'll combined. Sprinkle half of the mixture into the bottom of a baking pan. Sprinkle and spread the remaining of the mixture onto the rolled out dough.

    Roll up the dough into a log. Cut into desired pieces. Place in the baking pan and bake 20-25 minutes.

    In a small bowl, combine the milk and powdered sugar. Drizzle over warm cinnamon rolls. Serve.

    Cinnamon rolls are really quite easy to make and there is nothing quite like a homemade cinnamon roll warm from the oven. These are a soft light dough thats really tender filled with cinnamon goodness. They are topped off with a marscapone glaze which is a great finish.
