My friend makes this for every family reunion, and there are never any leftovers!
Cooking Instructions

In a sealed bag, smash all the oreos to pieces.

In a big bowl or trifle dish, layer oreos, heath bits if using, cool whip, mini chocolate chips, then top with chocolate syrup.

Repeat step two until oreos are gone.
