Ingredients

  1. 100 gmchavli
  2. 2 tbspOil
  3. 1 tspjeera
  4. 1curry leaves
  5. 1chopped onion
  6. 1/2chopped tomato
  7. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  8. 1 tbspkanda lasun masala
  9. 1 tspturmeric
  10. 2 tbspshengdana kut
  11. Salt as per taste
  12. 1 tbspchopped coriander

Cooking Instructions

    Soak chavli for overnight and pressure cook it for 3 whistle.

    Take kadhai and pour oil in it. Make tadka of jeera, curry leaves. Mix it and wait till jeera splits open

    Add onion amd tomato and cook it till onion gets soft. Till then keep water to boil in another pot.

    Add spices in onion and mix it. And wait till it seperates oil. Add chavli in it and gently stir it. Add boiling water, shengdana kut and salt in it.

    Boil it till oil surfaces on Top. Garnish it with coriander and serve it.
