Ingredients

  1. 1 cupWheat flour
  2. Salt as per taste
  3. Red chilli powder as per taste
  4. 1 tspCoriander powder
  5. 1/2 tspChat masala
  6. 1 pinchHing
  7. 4 leavesCurry leaves
  8. 3 tspPeanut
  9. 1 tspChana daal
  10. As neededOil for baking parantha

Cooking Instructions

    Take wheat flour.
    add salt and knead dough using water.

    Keep aside for 15 minutes.

    Take peanut, chana daal, curry leaves and dry roast.

    When good aroma will come turn off gas.

    Cool and grind it.

    Now add all spices to this grinded powder

  7. 7

    Now take small ball from dough and roll little.

  8. 8

    Apply little oil over it and fill with stuffing.

    Now close it from edges. roll like roti with light hands.

    Heat the tawa.Cook parantha from both sides by applying oil.

    Peanut parantha is ready. serve with this yummy paratha with butter, achar, chai or sabji.
