Jollof Carrot spaghetti and chicken laps

Ingredients

  1. 100 gwhite spaghetti
  2. 4large carrots
  3. 3 gtomato purée
  4. 1medium onion
  5. 10 gblended pepper mix
  6. Seasoning
  7. 3 tbspvegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Parboil your spaghetti for 12 minutes or until it's close to tender

  2. 2

    Put your oil in a pan and add the cut onions

  3. 3

    Fry till onions become tender and add the tomato purée pepper mix and carrot together

  4. 4

    Add the seasoning of your choice and about 1/4 cup of water or chicken stock

  5. 5

    Bring to a boil and add the parboiled spaghetti and cover on medium to low heat

  6. 6

    Serve with chicken or any other protein
