Ingredients

15 minutes
4 servings
  • 200 grsmall sausages, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cupfrozen vegetables
  • 1 literwater
  • 6mushrooms (I used shiitake), sliced thinly
  • 1tomato
  • 1 tbspchopped celery
  • 2 tbsporzo
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2 tsppowdered chicken broth
  • Crushed black pepper
  • 1garlic, chopped
  • 1 tspoil

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat the oil in a pot. Add garlic and stir until fragrant.

  2. 2

    Add water and the rest of ingredients (I usually add salt, black pepper, and powdered chicken broth last).

  3. 3

    Stir with low heat. When the orzo is cooked, the soup is ready.
