Ingredients

  1. 500 gramsmince beef
  2. 3 tspsmoky paprika hot
  3. 3 tsphot pepper
  4. 3 tspmixed hebs
  5. 1 dashsoy sauce dark
  6. 4 mediumonions, chopped
  7. 1 cantomatos and juice
  8. 2 tspground cumin
  9. 3 smallfresh tomatoes chopped
  10. 1 canred kidney beans
  11. 2 tspsalt
  12. 4 clovegarlic cloves
  13. 3 smallbell peppers chopped
  14. 2 stickpork pepperoni

Cooking Instructions

120 mins
  1. 1

    Fry meat and all ingredients (apart from fresh tomatoes and kidney beans until near the end of cooking) together add water to pot, let simmer adding additional salt if necessary and pepper if you wish to. Leave fresh tomatoes and kidney beans for final 15 mins

    When chilli nearly done add kidney beans and chopped fresh tomatoes. Add more herbs if necessary add more salt if necessaryor more chilli if you like it very hot 🔥

    Keep cooking until the sauce of the chilli is nice and thick and meat is cooked. If not quite cooked add a little water.
