Balsamic Black Tea with Dried Fruit Balsamic Black Tea with Dried Fruit
When I tried adding leftover balsamic vinegar, honey and dried fruits to black tea, it was delicious, so I uploaded the recipe.Balsamic vinegar has a rather strong taste, so just add a few drops at first. I used raisins and dried cranberries, but you can use any dried fruits you like. I recommend dried figs. It's also delicious without it. Recipe by Crepemeter cookpad.japan -

(Fruit Wine Recipe No. 4) Apple Cider in 3 Days (Fruit Wine Recipe No. 4) Apple Cider in 3 Days
There's no way that I could wait months for this...If you let it sit for longer, the color of the wine will deepen. Take the apples out of the jar within a year. (We use it to make jams or grate it to make drinks.)The remaining rock sugar will not completely dissolve, so in order to help it do so, please turn it over every day.
