Cran-orange pecan salad

Ingredients

  1. 1baby romaine lettuce
  2. 1bag pecans halved
  3. 2mandarin oranges peeled and halved
  4. 1/2 cupfresh cranberries cut in half
  5. 2 ozblue cheese crumbled
  6. 6 piecebacon cut bite size
  7. 1/2yellow onion sliced
  8. 3 tbspbrown sugar
  9. 1 tspolive oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take pecans, oil and brown sugar mix ingredients together in skillet on medium high heat until pecans are candied. Toss all ingredients in a medium serving bowl excluding the lettuce.

    Toss lettuce in and chill. Serve with my cranberry orange chicken and cran-orange vinaigrette.
