Cook an oz. of chicken breast. I use ready to use Tyson grilled chicken strips or left over cooked chicken,pork or turkey.

Chop spinach leaves,add to salad bowl.

Add pomegranate dressing.

Chop apple and strawberries and add to salad.
- 5
Add blue cheese dressing or crumbles.
- 6
Top with chicken wheat germ, cranberries,and pecans.
