Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1 lbchicken breast
  2. 1/2 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  3. 3granny smith apples
  4. 1 headof lettuce
  5. 1/2 cupdried cranberries
  6. 1/2 cuppecans

Steps

  1. 1

    boil chicken till its no longer pink in middle

  2. 2

    cut chicken into 1/2 inch strips

  3. 3

    season how you prefer

  4. 4

    chop up head of lettuce and put in a bowl

  5. 5

    slice apples into wedges

  6. 6

    add cheese,cranberries and pecans to bowl

  7. 7

    add chicken add apples and mix together til everything is evenly distributed

  8. 8

    enjoy!
