  3. 3 tbspsoy sauce
  4. 1 tspsesame oil
  5. 5 tbsphoney
  6. 3 clovegarlic

  8. 1/2 tspground ginger

    Preheat oven to 425

    Cover baking sheet with foil and lay out chicken breast.

    Whisk together all ingredients.

    Pour over chicken, coating both sides.

    Bake for 30 minutes.

    Optional: sprinkle with fresh rosemary or basil.

    Serve with brown rice and veggies. Enjoy :)
