In smaller bowl beat the eggs and milk.

Add egg mixture with dry mixture. Mix until smooth

Add more milk depending on elevation.

Add a little oil to the skillet. If using nonstick pans you can skip this step to make healthier.

Use about 3 tblsp of batter per pancake to make small pancakes, more for larger
