In large bowl, whisk together dry ingredients.

In another bowl, beat eggs, then whisk in milk and vanilla, then melted butter.

Add wet ingredients to dry, whisk until thick batter is formed.

Cook over med-low heat. Cook until bubbles break surface.

Flip. Cook for additional minute or so.
