Cooking Instructions

    Boil somen in separate pot for 2 minutes. Then rinse with COLD water & strain

  2. 2

    In separate pot. Boil Katsuo dashi & fish balls. Add soy sauce to your taste

  3. 3

    Put 1 & 2 together. Top with spring onions. Enjoy 😃
