Low Carb Bread

My family is Banting (www.realmealrevolution.com) whereby eating very low carbs. Someone suggested this bread recipe as it is low, to almost zero, carbs. Came out really well and toasts and freezes well too. Obviously not going to rise like gluten rich breads but nice substitute.

Cooking Instructions

Pulse / blend dry ingredients together (A food processor will help ensure a consistent mix)

Mix together wet ingredients.

Mix wet and dry ingredients together.
- 4
Pack into buttered / lined baking tin
- 5
Bake at 180° for 50 minutes
