Ingredients

  1. 100 gramsalmond flour
  2. 50 gramscoconut flour
  3. 30 gramsflaxseed
  4. 30 gramspsyllium husk
  5. 2 teaspoonsbaking powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  7. 220 mlhot water (212°F)
  8. 4large eggs

    Measure and mix the dry ingredients together.

    Crack the eggs into the mixture and stir until as combined as possible.

    Add the prepared hot water and stir until well combined. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

    Shape into equal-sized balls and brush the tops with egg yolk.

    Bake in the oven at 300°F for 40 minutes. In my case, I baked them in two rounds, the second round at 340°F for 15 minutes.
