Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspEVOO
  2. 1 cuponion, finely chopped
  3. 2 clovegarlic, minced
  4. 1 1/4 lbboneless skinless chicken breasts
  5. 1 tbspbalsamic vinegar
  6. 1 tbspred wine vinegar
  7. 1 tspDijon mustard
  8. 1/4 cupchopped fresh basil

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add onion and garlic and sauté until just tender, about 4 minutes.

    Add chicken and cook until chicken is brown, about 4 minutes.

    Stir in vinegars and mustard.

  5. 5

    Turn breasts if you kept them whole, and continue cooking until chicken is tender and cooked through.

    Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with basil.
