Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupCashew butter
  2. 1/2 cupPeanut butter: creamy or crunchy
  3. 3/4 cupSugar
  4. 1Egg
  5. 1 tspVanilla extract

Cooking Instructions

    Pre-heat oven 350.

    Combine peanut butter, cashew butter and sugar.

    Add one egg.

  4. 4

    Add vanilla.

  5. 5

    Scoop dough into little balls and place on baking sheet.

  6. 6

    Use a fork to gentle mash cookies, by making an X. (This gives the cookie their signature design)

    Bake for 10-12 minutes depending on how soft you like your cookies
