Ingredients

  1. 1large head Cauliflower
  2. 8strips bacon
  3. 6 tbspchopped chives
  4. 1/2 cupmayonnaise
  5. 1/2 cupsour cream
  6. 2 cupcolby jack shredded cheese or cheddar
  7. 8 ozcontainer sliced mushroims(optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F after bacon is cooked then to 425°F.

    Cook bacon in oven for 20 min.

    In large pot boil water and cook cauliflower for 8-10 min., drain and let cool.

    In LG bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise, 1/2 crumbled bacon, 3 Tbs chives, 1 cup of cheese and cauliflower. Mix well.

    Place in baking dish.

    Cover with remaining cheese and rest of crumbled bacon.

  7. 7

    Bake for 15-20 min.

  8. 8

    Top with remaining chives and serve.
