Kid-Friendly Bacon Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

  1. 2 lbBrussel Sprouts
  2. 1/2 packagesBacon
  3. 1Salt, pepper & onion powder to taste
  4. 1/3 cupExtra Virgin olive oil
  5. 1/2 clovegarlic sliced long ways

Cooking Instructions

    Chop bacon into small chunks. Cook half way through in skillet on stove. Set aside.

    Clean Brussel sprouts and slice in half long ways. Place in foil cooking pan or Pyrex type pan.

  3. 3

    Add salt, pepper and onion powder to taste. Sprinkle chopped garlic throughout Brussel sprouts. Mix all these ingredients well.

    Now add in the semi-cooked bacon to the mixture.

  5. 5

    Cook at 350°F for 45 minutes til Brussel sprouts are tender and you'll have a recipe even your kids will enjoy!

I made this last night and had to hold myself back from eating the whole thing. It was amazing. I added the olive oil in the salt/pepper/onion powder step since I didn't see it in the directions.
