Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsbean
  2. 2medium size plaintain
  3. Habanero pepper (ata rodo)
  4. Palm oil
  5. Onions

Cooking Instructions

    Pick your bean and put on heat with a pinch of baking soda to make it soft easily

  2. 2

    Fry your plaintain with Palm oil

  3. 3

    Using the oil use to fry plantain,add small chopped onion and remove when turn brown

  4. 4

    Add the blended pepper with salt and seasoning

  5. 5

    Cover until stew is done!

  6. 6

    When bean is done,add only salt and serve
