Ingredients

  1. 70 gramspeeled & chopped cucumber
  2. 120 mlpeach jam / preserves
  3. 2peaches, peeled, pitted & chopped
  4. 2 tbspred onion, finely chopped
  5. 1 tbspfresh chopped mint
  6. 1 tbsplime juice
  7. 1/4 tspsalt
  8. 1 dashwhite pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and gently stir together

  2. 2

    Cover and chill for 1 - 2 hours to let the flavours blend. Serve with grilled meats or as a dip

amazing, refreshing, and delicious. although I must say I find it redundant to say gluten soy and dairy free for this recipe...
