Cooking Instructions

Place bacon on a sheet tray and bake at 350° for approximately 20-25 minutes or until bacon is crispy and has rendered it's fat.

Remove bacon from tray and set aside. Pour bacon fat into a large saute pan.

Add mushrooms. Season. Saute on high heat for one minute to get a sear. Turn heat down to medium. Add garlic. Saute until garlic is fragrant and mushrooms have caramelized. Add oil only if necessary.

Variations; Flavored bacon, horseradish, parsley, oregano, chives, scallion, mustard, red wine, bourbon, caramelized onions or shallots, roasted bell peppers or garlic
