Ingredients

6 servings
  1. chops and rub
  2. 6pork chops three quarter inch
  3. 2 tbspHungarian paprika
  4. 1/2 tspcornstarch
  5. 2 tbspgranulated garlic powder
  6. 1 tspground black pepper
  7. 1 tbsponion powder
  8. 1 tbspsalt
  9. 1melted butter enough to brush on chops I used about quarter cup
  10. 3 tbspguava jelly
  11. 1/2 tspsalt
  12. 1 tbspgranulated garlic powder
  13. 1/4 cupshaoxing wine
  14. 1/3 stickbutter 5 pats
  15. 1 tspcornstarch
  16. 1/4 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    for the rub mix the spices and cornstarch together rub on the chops put on a hot grill

  2. 2

    each time blood rises up and is visible on top of chops turn keep doing this till chops turn white and pulls from bone this is a good sign its done use a meat thermometer when its 165°F Fahrenheit in center its done add butter and turn add butter again add glaze if you desire good both ways

    add all the ingrediants but cornstarch and water cook 7 minutes boiling mix cornstarch and water well add to boiling glaze bring to boil stirring it will thicken a bit
