Ingredients

  1. 1 pintsplain yogurt I used Greek yogurt
  2. 12pork chops
  3. 4 cupcrushed plain cornflakes
  4. 3 cupsr flour
  5. 1/4 cupgranulated garlic powder
  6. 1/4 cupsalt
  7. 1vegetable oil to fry

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    season the chops both sides put into yogurt and marinate over night but if not one hour at least

  2. 2

    take chop with yogurt still on it dip into corn flakes coating front and back put into flour and fry

  3. 3

    fry till done place on paper towels to drain excessive oil repeat till done
