Ingredients

  1. 4pork chops (bone in or boneless)
  2. 1/4 cuphoney
  3. 1/2 cupreduced sodium soy sauce
  4. 2 tbsp.apple cider vinegar
  5. 3 clovesgarlic minced
  6. 1/4 cupavocado oil
  7. 1 tbsp.lemon juice
  8. 1 tsp.ground cumin
  9. 1 tsp.red pepper flakes
  10. 1 tbspmustard
  11. 1 tbsp.parsley
  12. salt and pepper to taste

    Place the pork chops in a bowl or resealable gallon sized bag.

    With exception of pork chops, salt & pepper, in a medium sized bowl, whisk together all the ingredients.

    Place the pork chops in the marinade and place in the refrigerator. Marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours.

    Preheat an outdoor grill or indoor grill pan to medium heat.

    Place the pork on the grill. Sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides (if desired, optional). Cook for 6-8 minutes per side or until a thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the chop registers 145 degrees F.

    Let the meat rest for 5 minutes, then serve. Garnish with additional chopped parsley if desired.
