Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsrice
  2. 2 cupsbeans
  3. Beef(10 pieces)

Cooking Instructions

    Select the beans properly and put into pot. Add 4 cups of water and cook.

    After 20 minutes and it steams, change the water and cook again for 50 minutes to 1 hour in order to soft

    Put the beans down. Wash the meat and steam in another smaller pot putting 2 cubes of knorr, 1 teaspoonful of dry grounded pepper, and a teaspoonful of salt. Add a cup of water

    After 35 minutes, put the meat down. Slice onions into a flat plate.

    Wash the rice with water thrice and pour into the beans pot and put it on fire again.

    Pour the steamed meat with the water into the pot,put the sliced onions, 3 cubes of knorr, 1 teaspoonful of dry pepper, a teaspoonful of salt,and 3 cupes of water, then 1/2 cup of red oil.

    Stir the pot thoroughly and leave to cook.

    Regular check is necessary to be sure of the water if another little is required for the food to be soft properly and dry.

    After like 50 minutes, its possibly going to be done.
