Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppanko
  2. 8 mediumboneless pork chops
  3. 1 cupall purpose flour
  4. 1 tsponion powder
  5. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 1 tspparsley
  8. 1/2 tsporegano
  9. 1/4 tspgarlic powder
  10. 2 eachbeaten eggs
  11. 1/4 cupvegitable oil

Cooking Instructions

    place chops into a resealable bag and pound 'til 1/8 inch thick.

  2. 2

    beat eggs in a small bowl.

  3. 3

    mix panko and all seasonings in a shallow bowl. mix well.

  4. 4

    heat veg. oil in a large skillet.

  5. 5

    dredge chops in flour, then eggs, then in panko.

  6. 6

    fry chops until golden brown on each side. turn often.

  7. 7

    season outside of chops when finished with salt and pepper to taste.
