This local beans was prepared by my husband. I hardly eat beans since it causes me severe discomfort.

I Was brain storming of what to prepare using my available ingredient,so i made this came out very delicious.

Beans came to mind after a while and i made it.

I went local this time around.

I had beef stock already so was actually thinking what to use it for so, i thought of cooking beans with it which i did it came so yummy.

So I craved beans all through the day; not just the normal beans the extra special kinda beans with lots of habanero pepper 🌶 and yes I made this happen this evening. It felt as if I was possessed with beans of all meal.... please ignore the green leaf since the market women refuse to sell scent leaf to me and I decided to use water leaf 🍃 to garnish the picture plate.

My friend came visiting and we decided to use palm oil for the stew it came out awesome.

I was rushing home and find out was just beans left,no choice but to prepare it.

So Helen decided to buy cooked corn for me after church service on Sunday with one bite I knew I was going to marry this corn with some beans. Never been a beans fan but I enjoyed this meal like never before. I have packaged it as my meal for the week.

Growing up I never like eating beans except with ijebu garri or salted bread but I learnt to cook my beans in a way that I do not need any extra 3rd party coming in between my beans and yes I can only enjoy beans porridge when I cook it myself

I made this my soul winning beans with just crayfish and it came out yummy and delicious.. Unlike other when I would be looking for fish or kpomo and other orishirishi 🤦‍♂🤦‍♂

it was one of the those evening when I was craving for this meal and everyone at home kept going for more. It was inspired by Brenda's porridge beans and corn recipe.

my kids requested for this meal for lunch.

My love for unripe plantain, makes me produce this delicious and nutritious meal for lunch.

Longing for this meal and i made it tasty.

So it was a Thursday afternoon and was indecisive of what to make then it dawned on me, I could make beans and plus there was plantain in the house. So I made this recipe with all my heart.P.S. It is not the ingredients that makes food delicious, but your heart in the meal!

Beans is something I hardly eat, the only way in do that is trying to make it extra special, that's why I always take my time to make my beans. My room mate back then in Uni taught mW this method and this has been my way to go method of cooking beans for years.

Its has being a while i made beans for lunch,today i tried it with veggie it was awesome.

my kids love this meal so much.
