Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 3 cupsegusi
  2. Salt
  3. 2cksp Palmoil
  4. 2 handfulbitterleaf
  5. 3 teaspoonOfo
  6. 2cksp Crayfish
  7. 5 piecesFresh pepper
  8. 3 cubesMaggi
  9. 1/2 kgMeat(assorted)
  10. 1Stockfish
  11. 1onion

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the bitter leaf with salt twice each at least 2minutes to remove dirt.

    Boil the meat and stockfish,with maggi cubes,salt and onion.

  3. 3

    Onces is tender,pour in 4cups of water and palmoil and cover it to boil for 5mins.

    Then mix the blended egusi with water form a paste a bit watery and pour in.

  5. 5

    Cover to boil for 20minutes.add ofo and stir very well to avoid the ofo forming lumps.

    Boil for 5minutes,add crayfish,salt,fresh pepper and maggi cubes.

  7. 7

    After 8 more minutes rinse the bitter leaf and add.boil for 2minutes and the soup is ready.
