Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 3 cupslocal dark beans
  2. 1 tablespoonDry pepper
  3. 3 tablespoonsground crayfish
  4. 1onion, chopped
  5. 1cooking spoon palm oil
  6. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Soak bean in water overnight or for at least 12 hours.

    When ready to cook, drain water, rinse and add beans to pressure pot or a pot half filled with water. In pressure pot, cook for 45mins.

    When cooked, drain water from the beans leaving the thicker sludge at the bottom.

    Add palm oil, pepper, crayfish, onion, 1 Knorr cube and salt. Stir and allow to cook on medium heat for 20mins.

    Check for taste and serve with a bowl of garri in ice cold water.
