  3. 1Fresh Mozzarella
  4. 1 bunchAsperagus Spears
  5. 1 dashCoarse Sea Salt
  6. 1 bunchFresh Basil
  7. 1Balsamic Vinegar
  8. 1Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Slice tomato and mozz cheese 10 mm thick

    Pan fry asperagus and sliced red onion in olive oil until crisp tender. Sprinkle with sea salt.

    Layer tomato, mozz, asperagus,red onion, and fresh basil. Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and a few pinches of sea salt

    Slice in half and garnish with spring mix lettuce
