I’m using my tomato onion jam that you can find in my recipes
I know you don’t need a play by play to make a melt but here it is anyways

I’m using my tomato onion jam that you can find in my recipes
I know you don’t need a play by play to make a melt but here it is anyways
Cooking Instructions

Spread the tomato onion jam on both slices of bread
- 2
I used the presliced mozzarella medallions and sliced them in half to make them thinner
- 3
Add 2 thinly sliced heirloom tomatoes
- 4
Add basil leaves to both sides
- 5
Add two layers of crispy bacon
- 6
Add 2 to 3 tbsp butter to pan and melt on med low. Place the sandwhich in and soak butter on 1 side and then flip and repeat on the other and crank to med to med high and slowly brown, then flip and repeat.

Serve!!!
