Lemon Curd
Very tasty Lemon Curd, to my Grandma's recipe. perfect!
Cooking Instructions

Put sugar and butter into a double saucepan (bowl in water in a pan) over hot water, until melted.
- 2
Grate lemon rind and juice the lemons.
- 3
Add juice and rind to the sugar, together with well beaten eggs.
- 4
Cook on medium heat, stirring regularly, until smooth, thick and creamy.
- 5
Pour into containers
