It works way better flipping the omelet with the plate not the spatula and thats the way ur suppose to do it, but anyway it works good and tastes good.

Ingredients

  1. 4eggs
  2. 1 1/2 tbspmilk
  3. 1 1/2 tbspsalt and pepper
  4. 1 1/2 tbspbutter or margarine

    Melt butter in frying pan, beat eggs in bowl w/ salt and pepper, and add to pan. Make sure if you are making more than one omelet that you don't combine all the eggs together, keep in separate bowl for each set of eggs.

    When it is fully cooked on one side take a plate, put it on top of the pan and make sure the plate is bigger than the pan and flip the omelet and pan upside down.

    Slide the omelet off the plate and back into the pan and cook on that side until it has been browned slightly.

    Then add toppings, whatever you want on one side of the omelet in the pan an then fold over with a spatula.

    Wait for the stuff inside to cook and then serve on plate.

    4 eggs per person. Enjoy!
