A little while after dinner I wanted something sweet but there was nothing that I really fancied, so I made a chocolate cake with this recipe. I looked in the cupboard to see what was available and this is what I came up with.

It's a cake with a low flour composition that is baked at low temperature, so it isn't a cake that can maintain swelling, but once swelled, many fine bubbles remain even after the cake shrinks. By doing this, this chocolate cake becomes light while having rich texture.

#goldenapronMy most favorite cake, u can make this with adding melted chocolate, then half the quantity of cocoa paste and use 1/2cup melted chocolate. That also tastes too good.
