Ingredients

  1. 1 cupFlour
  2. 1 1/2 cupsSugar
  3. 3 tbsCocoa powder
  4. 4Eggs separated
  5. 1/4 cupVegetable oil
  6. 1/4 cupBoiling water
  7. 3 tspBaking powder

Cooking Instructions

    Beat egg whites with 1 tsp baking powder until stiff

  2. 2

    To the yolks add remaining ingredients

  3. 3

    Fold in the egg whites

  4. 4

    Bake for 25minutes in a preheated oven

  5. 5

    Mix icing sugar, cocoa powder, milk and some butter in a cup.

  6. 6

    Place in the microwave for a minute or melt over low heat

  7. 7

    Poke walls into the cake using the back of a small wooden spoon

  8. 8

    Pour glaze over the cake
