Cooking Instructions
- 1
dice cabbage into bite sized peices. disregard the stem.

boil in salted water until tender (don't drain)
- 3
add whole can of tomatoes, juice & all
- 4
add the rest of the vegetables (drained), the bullion cubes, and pastina
- 5
simmer until pastina is tender and cubes are dissolved (<10 minutes)

mix well and enjoy! this can be made with fresh vegetables of course, just cook vegetables until tender and salt to taste. Dice up left over meatloaf and add for something extra. super easy and super good soup :)

I lay them flat on a sheet pan and freeze. They take little room in the freezer and thaw quickly. There really aren’t measurements for this recipe. You can make a small batch or be like me and end up with 16 quarts. cindybear -
